Aloha and Welcome to Aloha Kona Kove where Hawaii comes to Utah. This home is inspired by the Big Island of Kona where the homeowners own an ocean adventure company specializing in outrigger canoes​,​ kayaks​,​ and paddle board adventures as well as a Kona coffee farm. This comfy three-bedroom home has several areas to relax in and enjoy time with your ‘Ohana. The downstairs kitchen​,​ living and dining areas boast two cozy couches and a large farm table to share quality time and meals together.

House rules

1) LOCALS MUST MESSAGE US BEFORE BOOKING. TELL US WHY YOU HAVE BOOKED OUR HOME. NO EXCEPTIONS. 2) Occupancy limits: We do not allow more than 6 guests in or on the property at any time, this is a hard rule the violation of which will result in the removal of all guests from the property immediately without refund. You may be charged for any guest who arrives with you at the extra guest rate on our listing regardless if they stay overnight. so please let us know if you will be having any other guests so we can send an alteration request or request for an additional guest fee. Just because it can sleep 6 doesn’t mean that all 6 are included in the base rate as there is an extra fee for guests after 4. 3) This is a self-check-in property: You certify that you are willing and able to follow the instructions that are being provided by the host through the house manual or check-in guide. 4) Fees: There is a $200 per day fee for every day of your booking if it is found that you have been smoking or vaping on the property. There is a $50 LATE CHECKOUT FEE if you are there longer than you have been authorized. You further agree to compensate the host/co-host in full for any financial loss that is suffered as a result of breaking the rules set forth. We have a $250 unauthorized animal fee. 5) Retaliation Clause: You agree that you are booking in goodwill with your host/co-host and that you will not attempt to damage your hosts business because you are unhappy with a ruling by MOBLHOM or host in the event that you experience anything that you perceive is dissatisfying during your stay or if a resolution is not decided in your favor. You also agree to cover all legal fees in the event that a court proceeding is needed. 6) Quiet Hours are after 10pm. 7) By Booking a reservation you are hereby waiving all rights to pursue legal action against the owner or host for any injury or harm occurring during your stay. You understand and agree to accept liability in full. 8) You agree to clean up after yourselves and that our cleaning fee is not for heavy cleaning. You need to do your own dishes after use in the dishwasher or sink. 9) We have a camera outside monitoring at all times the entry doors as we can see who comes and goes. - Changes: Once you have confirmed your booking, any modifications to the dates or guest count CAN be treated as a cancellation and therefore be subject to the cancellation policy. 10) Acceptance of state of space: We allow the guests to survey the properties upon arriving and to communicate any pre-existing damages that they would not like to be charged for after check-out. The guest has the first 2 hours after check-in to report and issues. After that time period, the guest accepts the condition of the home and if damages are found at the end of the guest's stay they will be responsible for the repair and payment of those damages. If damages are found after we ask that the guest communicates such damages to that we can effectively and promptly come to a solution. 11) The paper goods that are found in the home (toilet paper and paper towels) are all that will be provided for your reservation. We provide 2 to 3 rolls per required location. We ask that you provide your own paper goods after the provided rolls have been used.
