This sweet home sits on a corner lot and gets tons of light. Across the street is a park​,​ and beyond that is an unobstructed view of the entire Bridger Range. The perfect place to call home for an extended stay in the Gallatin Valley​,​ this home sits a quick 10-minute walk to downtown Manhattan​,​ where you'll find a coffee shop​,​ restaurants (including Sir Scott's Oasis)​,​ a small market and a gluten-free bakery! Drive 15 minutes into Bozeman for everything you could possibly need. 40 mins to Bridger Bowl and 1:10 to Big Sky Resort. Plenty of great fly fishing spots within a 20 minute drive. Three Forks is 10 minutes away and has the historic Sacagawea Hotel​,​ which is the perfect spot to have a drink on the patio or a meal in the bar or dining room. The Headwaters and Buffalo Jump are minutes away for all outdoor enthusiasts! The house itself is a cozy 3-bedroom. One bedroom is currently set up as an office but could be used as a bedroom also with a daybed. The master bedroom has views of the Bridgers right from the bed! 2 full bathrooms feature a tub in one and a glass shower in the other​,​ plus stone countertops and great light! Kitchen has all stainless steel appliances​,​ stone countertops​,​ a breakfast bar and a formal dining table. This place is the perfect setup for a small family or a couple working remotely. There is WiFi and the TV is connected to it. However​,​ there is no cable connected to the Smart TV. Pets are OK with a $50​/​month additional pet fee. The attached garage can fit 2-3 vehicles or a bit of storage. Out back there is a small patio with a grill that is for your usage! But really​,​ the best part: the VIEWS!!! Can't believe the view of the mountains right outside!
